The ideal candidate has strong enterprise routing and switching experience and is comfortable working across Cisco networking, Cisco ACI, load balancers, and DNS infrastructure. You'll partner closely with network, security, and infrastructure teams to migrate services, decommission legacy equipment, and
validate network integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute enterprise data center decommission activities.
- Perform network assessments and identify infrastructure targeted for retirement.
- Execute routing and switching changes to support workload and service migrations.
- Support the migration and decommissioning of Citrix NetScaler and F5 load balancers.
- Manage DNS updates and migration activities using Infoblox.
- Navigate Cisco ACI fabrics to identify tenants, policies, and network objects associated with decommission efforts.
- Validate network connectivity following migrations and document infrastructure changes.
- Work within established change management processes and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
