Overview
Support the development and execution of automated testing strategies for a large-scale, high-performance cloud-based networking service platform. Collaborate within an Agile environment to ensure quality and efficiency in delivering customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and business rules
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories for Agile development and testing cycles
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing collaboration with the Agile team
- Ensure requirements align with platform capabilities and overall customer communication strategy
- Agile experience complete with user story creation
- Data mapping experience for adding new tables/fields to systems or for passing data from one system to another
- Ability to support stakeholder User Acceptance Testing
- JIRA, Confluence and MS Office experience
- Understand the development, testing, release cycle
- Ability to run SQL scripts for testing and validation purposes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
