Job Description :
Senior Java Selenium Automation Tester with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test suites for complex enterprise-level applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking or financial services domain, understanding its unique challenges and regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for defining automation strategies, mentoring junior testers, and driving continuous improvement in our QA processes
Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
Solid 6+ years of hands-on experience with Java for developing test automation scripts.
Extensive experience (6+ years) with Selenium WebDriver for automating web application testing.
Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) working within the banking or financial services industry, understanding its unique domain knowledge and compliance needs.
Proficiency with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
Exposure to AI tool like Windsurf, Claude, etc
Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) tools like Cucumber or JBehave.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).Knowledge of SQL for database testing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
