The Student Success Team within the University of Pittsburgh's Office of the Provost is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional for the role of Project Coordinator on the Student Success Team in the Office of the Provost. Our mission is to “advocate and create opportunities for students by providing a system of academic support to boost retention, persistence, and graduation.”    

High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two (2) years’ experience in administration, project management, budget, and/or business operations required. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, participating in a team environment, and 
knowledge of MS tools is a plus. 

Serves in an administrative capacity and provides administrative support to the project manager and other team members. Assists with fiscal management and compliance with federal regulations and the contracts. Manages day-to-day office operations and interacts with key stakeholders.

The Project Coordinator will serve in an administrative capacity and provide administrative support to team leadership. They will also assist with fiscal management, grant compliance, and contracts; manage office operations (correspondence, notetaking, calendaring, scheduling meetings, processing orders, travel arrangements); interact with key stakeholders; other duties as assigned.  

Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
