What You''ll Do
- Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and key projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep work moving efficiently.
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Identify roadblocks and proactively work with stakeholders to remove them.
- Facilitate meetings, capture next steps, and hold teams accountable for execution.
- Adapt quickly as priorities shift while maintaining organization and focus.
- Build strong relationships across technical and business teams.
What We''re Looking For
- 4–8 years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High-energy, proactive personality with a sense of urgency.
- Comfortable working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
- Experience managing technology or business initiatives is preferred.
