Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Engineer in Pittsburgh, PA.
Summary:
We are seeking a Software Engineer who can design, develop, and support scalable data integration solutions that connect, transform, and deliver data across multiple platforms. This role will play a key part in building reliable data pipelines that enable reporting, analytics, and advanced data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working with cloud-based data platforms, ETL/ELT processes, and large-scale data environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, ETL/ELT development, or related discipline
* Strong experience developing data pipelines and integration workflows
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures
* Experience with source control, automation, and CI/CD processes
* Understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehousing best practices
* Proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or Java
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
