Job Title: Software Engineer Principal - OpenShift

Responsibilities
- Lead the team on day-to-day basis.
- Leading the agile crew in 2 week sprints.
- Heavily involved and highly engaged with stakeholders as well as product team and external teams.
- Guiding the team to make technical decisions.
- Working with the solution architects to review solution designs and provide approval.
- Responsible for deployment activities.
- Not a hands-on development role on day-to-day basis, however needs to be able to jump in and do hands-on development if situation arises.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3-5 years of lead experience and 10+ years of overall industry experience.
- Programing language: Java (primary) & JavaScript (would be a plus)
- Jenkins
- Jira
- GitHub
- Confluence
- OpenShift platform
- uDeploy
- Authentication Domain Knowledge
- Financial or banking background is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to give and receive feedback.
