Job Title: Data Scientist
Introduction:
Data Scientists play a crucial role in designing, developing, and operationalizing AI/ML solutions within a team. They are responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI systems and integrating GenAI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for real-world business use cases
- Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference
- Implement Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering)
- Integrate AI models into applications via APIs and microservices
- Apply MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and product teams
- Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability
- Work on cloud-based deployments (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform)
- Support governance, explainability, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Experience with GenAI
- Knowledge of LLM (Large Language Models)
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Ability to work with SQL databases
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with MLOps practices
