Work Arrangement

• 100% onsite, 5 days per week.
• Locations:
• Strongsville, OH (preferred)
• Pittsburgh, PA
• Candidates must be comfortable working fully onsite.

Key Priorities

• Java and Oracle are the most critical skills for this role, with Java being the top priority.
• Candidates must have strong hands-on development experience in both Java and Oracle/SQL environments.
• Angular experience is also important, including hands-on coding capabilities.

Interview Expectations

• Candidates must be able to clearly articulate their technical experience.
• Candidates should be prepared to discuss projects in detail and explain their contributions.
• Strong communication skills are required, including the ability to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Candidates should expect coding-related assessments and must be able to write and explain code.
• In-person interviews are required.

Technical Environment

• Agile environment with two-week sprints.
• Work is driven by Jira stories.
• Assignments may include:
• Oracle/database-related work
• API development
• UI development
• Developers are expected to contribute across both backend and frontend functions based on their strengths.

Database Requirements

• Strong SQL and Oracle experience required.
• Experience with database configuration and metadata/database setup for portal configurations is beneficial.
• Ability to write queries and work directly with Oracle databases is important.

• Able to code confidently in Java, Angular, and SQL/Oracle.
• Proven backend and frontend development experience.
