Oracle HR Help Desk Implementation Specialist

We are hiring an experienced Oracle HR Help Desk Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HR Help Desk within Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle HR Help Desk, Oracle HCM modules, and HR Shared Services processes.
Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud across multiple HCM modules.
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle HR Help Desk in enterprise environments.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HR Help Desk implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Configure request types, service categories, workflows, milestones, routing rules, queues, knowledge management, and security.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and business stakeholders to design case management workflows.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Journeys, and Compensation.
- Experience performing fit-gap analysis, process optimization, and migration from legacy HR case management platforms.
- Support integrations, data migration, reporting, and testing using Oracle HCM toolsets.
- Experience with Oracle HCM tools including HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Approval Workflows.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM security, role-based access, and data privacy.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, quarterly Oracle releases, and production support.
- Knowledge of Redwood UX, Employee Self-Service, and Manager Self-Service is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
