Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a full-time contract opportunity with a mission-driven organization in the Pittsburgh area. This role will provide administrative and operational support to program and partner engagement teams during a temporary leave within leadership. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and appointmentsSchedule internal meetings, partner meetings, and site visitsAssist with tracking schedules and supporting program monitoring activitiesServe as a liaison for scheduling and communication between team members and external partnersGather, organize, and maintain data to support reporting and funding requirementsAssist with compiling reports, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accurate documentationPrepare materials, maintain files, and provide general administrative supportSupport team operations and special projects as needed
