The Office of Business, Hospitality and Auxiliary Services (BHAS) leads the University's foundational business services and is one of the many units under Finance and Operations. BHAS performs critical services to ensure our students, staff, faculty, and visitors have an exceptional experience on campus, including:

Utilizes point of sale system to complete sales transactions and processes exchanges and returns. Designs appealing store displays, replenishes stock items, and inventories stock and sales areas. Adheres to loss prevention policies. Delivers effective customer service and fulfills order requests.
The Office of Business, Hospitality and Auxiliary Services is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to assist our Retail Operations teams, serving in both the University Stores and Copy Cat. Duties associated with this role include:
Job Duties:
- Utilizes point of sale system to complete sales transactions. Processes exchanges and returns.
- Creates appealing displays and upholds store integrity through replenishment of stock and consistent organization.
- Conducts thorough inventories of stock room and sales area. Helps to create store visual presentation
- Maintains a distinct awareness of he and adherence to all loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Answers customer inquiries and fulfills order requests.
- adapts and learns new cannon systems as well as the Adobe software system
- Refers to supervisors for assigned tasks and any applicable questions or concerns.
- Additionally, the incumbent would provide coverage as needed at the Copycat, located in Scaife Hall. Coverage would include the following duties:
- Handles front customer service as well as email communications with customers.
Operates copy/print equipment to reproduce a variety of documents including reports, bulletins, forms, brochures, and pamphlets.
- Provides consultation and assistance to customers during project development on appropriate printing and production materials; makes recommendations aligned with appropriate printing and production materials; makes recommendations in accordance with budget and timeline; conducts cost analyses and timelines for specified projects.
- Maintains inventory of paper, bindery supplies, toner, and other consumables; orders supplies and verifies accuracy of billing.
- Processes payments, follows start-up and close-down procedures, completes daily production logs, and records appropriate information for data entry.
A High School Diploma or GED is required. This role involves a mix of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift. May involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 lbs, with accommodations available as needed.
