You’ll support a high-performing team, drive daily operations, and help deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced imaging department. This role offers a flexible, rotating schedule (Monday–Sunday) with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts and varying start times. You’ll also support coverage at our Natrona Heights Outpatient Center as needed and participate in weekend and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs all responsibilities of CT Tech I and Advanced CT Tech II
  • Leads orientation and training for new hires, students, and other medical personnel; ensures competencies are completed on time and provides remediation as needed
  • Assists with quality assurance projects and supports development of exam protocols in collaboration with advanced technologists; communicates results to departmental leadership
  • Coordinates daily workflow and department scheduling while maintaining appropriate staffing levels based on call-offs, vacations, patient volumes, and training needs
  • Participates in technologist interviews and contributes feedback for annual performance reviews
  • Assumes a leadership role in the absence of the supervisor
  • Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or completion of accredited CNMT program. 
  • CT Specialty Boards Completed. 
  • 3 years CT experience required. Must have obtained a performance review rating of strong/solid/good on most recent performance review to be eligible for promotion.
    Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
    ARRT certified as a CT Technologist. CPR or BLS Required. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
     
  • ARRT Certificate OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
  • Act 33 with renewal
  • Act 34 with renewal
  • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
