Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606, ideally in Software/SaaS.
- Strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Experience with sales incentive plans and commission accounting (preferred).
- Experience with complex contracts/agreements.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other complex formulas.
- Experience with NetSuite ARM
- Demonstrated experience of consistently meeting deadlines along with the ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions using a mixture of analysis, experience, and judgment coupled with a strong ability to learn on the fly (quickly learns new tasks, open to change).
- Ability to establish relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding writing skills to clearly document determined outcomes and defined processes.
- Ability to influence others by using a consultative approach, diplomacy, and tact. Actively listens to others' points of view while also being able to communicate position in a clear, succinct, and non-technical manner.
