The University of Pittsburgh, Department of Neurological Surgery, is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator I for the Cortical Systems Lab. This lab is directed by the Vice-Chair of Neurological Surgery: Dr. Jorge Gonzalez-Martinez. The lab is supported by multiple research grants which are dependent on continuous enrollment of research participants. The clinical coordinator is responsible for the enrollment of research subjects, completing in-person testing with data collection sessions, in addition to supporting existing and future research projects, as well as other duties assigned by the PI and Lab Manager. The preferred candidate ideally has a background in neuroscience, basic coding, and laboratory experience, though this not required.
Minimum education to be considered for this position is a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
