- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) Mandatory
- 10+ years of Pega development and architecture experience
- 4 5 years of Payments domain experience Mandatory
- Pega Smart Investigate experience Mandatory
- Strong expertise in Pega BPM, PRPC, and Case Management
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services
- Strong solution design and architecture experience
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
