This position provides nursing care and leadership to support the health and comfort of residents in a long term care setting. You will guide daily care, support communication, and ensure that nursing practices meet professional standards. As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties:
- Resident Care: Provide nursing treatment, monitor conditions, and update care plans based on resident needs
- Medication Oversight: Dispense medications, review records, and check that assigned personnel follow proper procedures
- Team Leadership: Guide staff, assign tasks, and address concerns to maintain safe and effective care
- Communication Duties: Share important changes with supervisors, physicians, and families as needed
- Safety Practices: Follow all safety rules, report hazards, and use required protective equipment
- Documentation Tasks: Maintain accurate records, complete assessments, and support audits and reviews

Work Hours and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment (8 hours/day; 40 hours/week)
- Positions are available on:
- 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) with a 30-minute lunch.
- 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with a 30-minute lunch.
- Rotating days and weekends.
- Working every other weekend is required.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $92,052.00 (before taxes).

Necessary Special Requirements:
- This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
