Work Schedule:
- 16 hours every two weeks (flexible)!
- Can work 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
- Rotating shifts, including day, evening, and night in a casual capacity.
- Rotating weekend and holiday coverage availability.
- NO on-call hours!
- Limited, if any, travel to Children's satellite and Express Care locations.

Responsibilities:
- Properly identifies all patients by using two patient identifiers.
- Reviews patient history, assesses physician orders, and documents patient history in electronic record, as required.
- Administers PO/enteral and rectal contrast per physician orders.
- Ensure exams are coded, tracked, networked, and charged correctly.
- Performs diagnostic radiography and other procedures utilizing established protocols/procedures.
- Utilizes complex imaging equipment for the acquisition, analysis, and documentation of image data.
- Interacts with patients and co-workers with care, dignity, and respect.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate instructions to patients in a clear and concise manner and explain procedures to help allay the patient's fears and solicit their cooperation.
- Graduate of an ARRT-approved school of Radiologic Technology or verification from ARRT-approved school of completion of program and scheduled graduation date.
- Technologists hired before graduation will have indirect supervision by an ARRT certified diagnostic technologist until the degree is verified.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Technologists cannot work in an outpatient setting until ARRT has been obtained.
- ARRT Certificate or registry-eligible (must obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required within 30 days of hire.
- Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting, Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewals
