EUC Engineer/Architect

Responsibilities
- Design and implement End User Computing solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead and oversee projects related to virtual desktop infrastructure, endpoint management, and digital workspace transformation.
- Ensure the security and compliance of all EUC solutions implemented.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal IT teams and external vendors.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in End User Computing to continuously improve solutions.
Requirements
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in:
- EUC Architecture & Design
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- Endpoint Management (Intune, SCCM)
- Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- VMware Horizon
- Expertise in:
- Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Endpoint security tools (Defender, antivirus, DLP)
- Strong understanding of:
- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Networking fundamentals (VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred)
- Experience in ITIL-based service management environments
