Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must have practical knowledge of AI Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted software development.
8+ years of enterprise software development experience.
Proven experience leading Agile development teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise applications within the banking domain.
Expertise in Kafka and Flowable BPM is highly preferred.
