Federated Hermes, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Compensation to be based at our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania headquarters, to design and deliver competitive, compliant compensation programs across regions. In this role, you’ll lead a team, partner with senior leaders, and drive global initiatives spanning salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping global compensation programs and harmonization across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global compensation strategy
- Lead salary structures, job architecture, and incentive programs (bonus, equity, LTI)
- Oversee benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and market positioning
- Manage annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles
- Ensure compliance with global regulations (FLSA, SOX, pay transparency)
- Advise leaders and collaborate across HR, Finance, and Legal
- Lead, coach, and develop a compensation team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HR preferred)
- 5+ years compensation experience, including 2+ years leadership
- Expertise in incentive/equity plan design and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- HCM experience (Oracle preferred)
Preferred: CCP/PHR/SPHR, global or financial services experience, M&A exposure
