Position Location: Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; Dallas,TX; Phoenix, AZ hybrid 3 days onsite

The main function is to plan, organize and develop business architecture to maximize performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Employee Experience Crew Architect
ServiceNow Architects are hands on designing business architecture, delivering technical roadmaps, application blueprints, data models and system overlays for business processes, decomposing business requirements against technical standards, current technical gaps and possible application modules needed, conducting risk assessments, governance processes and issue resolution in business architecture. We expect our architects to have deep knowledge in ServiceNow applications, out-of-the-box configurations, business rules, and data tables, impacts of plugin and store app installations, and technical leadership for integration, testing, and operations of their assigned platform workstream (e.g. Employee Experience).
Overall design of the modules in ServiceNow, how they interact with each other, how the configuration will need to be set up.
Will direct and guide work of developers
