Microsoft Product Owner

Job Description:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT, digital workplace, product ownership, or digital adoption roles.
- Preferred experience leading enterprise M365 adoption programs, DAP initiatives, governance models, and global change initiatives.
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding of platforms: Microsoft 365 applications, Copilot, agents, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
- Ability to understand system dependencies, troubleshooting issues, and effectively partner with technical teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Copilot, Copilot Premium licensing, AI productivity tools, and enterprise adoption considerations, including readiness, governance, cost recovery, and pilot evaluation.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to influence and lead through change.
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities across time zones.
