Job Description:
- We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable secure and automated software delivery across enterprise environments.
- The role involves managing containerized applications, implementing automation and monitoring solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and compliant production systems.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated and reliable software delivery across environments
- Implement and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift (OCP)
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Shell, or PowerShell to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Manage environment promotion and release processes across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to ensure system health and performance
- Support incident management, troubaleshooting, and root cause analysis for production systems
- Ensure security, compliance, and DevSecOps best practices are embedded in CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development, QA, SRE, and security teams to improve delivery and operational stability
- Participate in on-call rotations and support production reliability
- Drive continuous improvement in automation, scalability, and system resilience
- 6 plus years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Strong experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift (OCP)
- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Shell, or PowerShell
- Experience managing application deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Good understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and system administration
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., ELK, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning and security integration in CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with ITIL-based change, incident, and release management processes
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams Agile/Safe methodologies
