Our client is looking for an Oracle HCM HR Help Desk Consultant for a project and below is the detailed requirement.
Job Title: Oracle HCM HR Help Desk Consultant
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 12–15+ years of overall IT experience, including 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle HR Help Desk (HRHD), including case management, workflows, business rules, queues, and service request lifecycle management.
- Extensive experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and related modules, with a strong understanding of HCM business processes.
- Expertise in Case Management, including case types, categories, assignment rules, routing, escalations, SLAs, approvals, and knowledge management.
- Hands-on experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader) for data conversion, bulk data loading, and ongoing maintenance.
- Strong experience developing reports and analytics using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
- Experience designing and supporting Oracle HCM integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).
- Experience configuring security using Oracle HCM Roles, Data Roles, Duty Roles, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM release management, quarterly updates, and regression testing.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across HR, business, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HR Help Desk (HRHD) solutions to support enterprise HR service delivery.
- Configure case management, including case types, categories, queues, assignment rules, SLAs, approvals, escalations, and lifecycle management.
- Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules and customize HR Help Desk workflows to meet business requirements.
- Perform data migration and mass updates using HDL and HSDL.
- Develop operational and analytical reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal/external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, OIC, HDL, and FBDI.
