Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics, SQL, Python, and ETL processes. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, developing data pipelines, and delivering actionable insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and data processing tasks.
- Design, develop, and support ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities.
- Support ongoing data governance and data management initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Data Analytics and data interpretation.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with ETL tools, processes, and data integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large enterprise datasets.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
