Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in Oracle HR Help Desk HCM Configuration.
- 1+ years of experience in Case Management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of Oracle HR Help Desk.
- Configure workflows.
- Manage case lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HR teams.
- Support testing and deployment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HDLHSDL.
- Experience with OTBIBI Publisher Integrations.
