Required skills:
- 10+ years of experience with PEGA.
- Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Smart Investigate, Smart Investigation for Securities.
- Strong understanding of banking fraud, and investigation life cycles.
- Experience with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows.
- Integration expertise using REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of PEGA Smart Investigate solutions for banking clients.
- Implement and customize Smart Investigation for Securities, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
- Drive end-to-end PEGA solution design covering case lifecycle, data modeling, integrations, performance, and security.
- Architect and govern PEGA applications in line with LSA guardrails, best practices, and enterprise standards.
- Design and implement banking integrations, including SWIFT message flows and external financial systems.
- Leverage AI Delivery features to accelerate development and improve solution quality.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions.
- Own non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.
