Manufacturing Process Development & Launch
- Lead manufacturing process development from concept through production launch and ramp-up.
- Define production line requirements, workstation concepts, tooling, fixtures, equipment interfaces, labor models, and process flows.
- Develop and maintain:

- Process Flow Diagrams
- Standardized Work
- Cycle Time Studies
- Manufacturing Routings
- Launch Readiness Documentation
- Support factory master planning, including:
- Line layouts
- Equipment placement
- Material presentation
- Operator ergonomics
- Utility requirements
- Safety and maintainability
- Lead readiness activities for:
- Equipment
- Tooling
- Materials
- Staffing
- Quality Systems
- Process Documentation
- Partner with Product Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Controls Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, Construction, and EHS teams.
- Participate in design reviews and provide DFM/DFA feedback to improve manufacturability, quality, cost, and assembly efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in:
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Process Development

- Experience within high-volume manufacturing environments such as:
