JOB SUMMARY
This job will be responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive risk management capabilities across the organization, including risk quantification and coordination of enterprise risk reporting that will be used to facilitate purposeful discussion with the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates across the Enterprise Risk & Governance division and with relevant subject matter experts to provide risk assessment support and recommendations to the impacted party, in many cases directly to senior leadership across the enterprise.
- Establishment and ongoing maintenance of risk quantification modeling to support enterprise risk reporting capabilities, including presentation of an enterprise risk profile against establish risk appetite levels, risk aggregation, fiduciary reporting / dashboards as well as subsidiary audit committee reporting / dashboards.
- Provides support in the identification and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Inventory, Risk Tolerance Metrics and other ad-hoc risk assessments requested by senior leadership.
- Assists with advancement of the enterprise risk appetite framework and risk taxonomy to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including periodic updates, monitoring, and reporting to support effective risk management practices.
- Oversees development of the annual divisional risk profile and coordination of centralized ad-hoc enterprise risk reporting, including the creation and ongoing maintenance of enterprise risk dashboards and reports.

EXPERIENCE
Required
- 7 years of experience in Compliance, Quality, Public Policy, Government Affairs, Project Management, Healthcare Operations or Law
Preferred
- 5 years of experience in Information Security Analysis or Information Risk Management
- 5 years of experience in Privacy Analysis, Privacy Risk Management and working in and understanding regulatory environment

- Presenting compliance and quality issues to senior audiences
- Demonstrated client relationship, influencing, and teamworking skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Public Policy Healthcare, Information Technology, Information Security or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

- Master's degree in Finance, Business, Public Policy Healthcare, Information Technology, Information Security or related field

Pay Range Minimum:
$102,700.00Pay Range Maximum:
$164,600.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
