UPMC Corporate Marketing is hiring a Digital Engagement, Lead Specialist to join our team! This position will work Monday through Friday during standard business hours. The position has the ability to work at the US Steel Tower in Pittsburgh PA or UPMC Harrisburg.
The Digital Engagement, Lead Specialist oversees day-to-day delivery of engagement programs and translates strategy into executable plans. Owns campaign calendars, prioritization, and quality standards while guiding Specialists. This role is part of the Digital Engagement career ladder, with responsibilities and scope increasing progressively from Specialist to Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Own the enterprise/send calendar and backlog prioritization; align requests with engagement goals and SLAs.
- Approve segmentation briefs and targeting rules; ensure data integrity and compliance prior to launch.
- Standardize operating procedures, playbooks, and QA checklists; drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with IT and data teams to resolve issues and enhance list, DE, and integration workflows.
- Report on program health, elevating insights and practical optimizations to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Three years of progressive CRM/engagement experience with proven project leadership required.
- Experience guiding junior staff; strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
Working knowledge of SFMC integrations and reporting (e.g., GA4/DOMO) helpful.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:- Act 34
