Track initiative progress across the portfolio, including milestones, spend, and forecasts.
Manage and update initiative packages, ensuring all components are complete for approval.
Support technology managers by championing initiative progress through internal processes.
Operate in an Agile environment, shifting responsibilities based on project needs.
Participate in and lead weekly meetings to coordinate stakeholders and ensure momentum.
Facilitate communication between business, finance, tech leads, sourcing, and contracts.
Serve as liaison between technology teams and supporting functions (finance, sourcing, etc.).
Communicate status updates, risks, and blockers to leadership and project managers.
