Kurt J. Lesker Company is looking for a Product Manager that will drive the success of a defined product line by combining technical understanding , market insight , and strategic execution. This role sits within our Process Equipment Division and leads product marketing and development initiatives by identifying market opportunities, shaping competitive positioning , and delivering go-to-market plans. The Product Manager will partner closely with sales to provide training, tools, and support that increases effectiveness, while also owning product roadmaps , budgets , and performance analysis. The position plays a key role in strategic planning, contract management , and continuous growth of both existing and new product offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Build strong technical and application knowledge of the product line to identify market opportunities and clearly communicate value to both internal teams and customers
- Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging markets, including competitive landscape, positioning, and growth opportunities; keep insights documented and updated annually
- Develop and execute marketing plans across digital, print, and in-person channels to drive awareness and demand
- Lead product development planning—enhancing existing products and introducing new offerings with clear business cases (pricing, cost, revenue, and timelines)
- Support and enable sales teams through training, tools, and insights; analyze regional performance to identify growth opportunities
- Drive contract development and management activities
- Own annual revenue, profit, and expense budgets for the product line.
- Contribute to divisional strategic planning efforts
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent working experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Citizen or Permanent Resident where based
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Material Science, Physics
- Prior experience or training in sales/product management
- 5+ years prior vacuum industry experience
- Proficient with MS Office
