What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout assigned Pittsburgh-area communities
  • Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners
  • Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery
  • Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop
  • Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards

Qualifications/Certifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Active RN license (Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility)
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and required clearances
  • Final title and compensation are based on experience, education, and career ladder placement.
  • CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire

*Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state.
