Position Overview
A leading financial institution is seeking a PowerApps Developer to support automation initiatives within its Fraud Security organization. The team focuses on business process automation, workflow optimization, and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing automation platforms while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Support Automation Anywhere RPA solutions and lifecycle management.
- Perform system health checks, production support, and process improvements.
- Participate in release activities and provide issue resolution support.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify automation opportunities.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production monitoring activities.
- Work within Agile teams using Jira and Confluence.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Power Apps (Microsoft Power Platform).
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate.
- Experience designing and implementing Automation Anywhere solutions.
- Process Design Documentation (PDD), Solution Design Documentation (SDD), and workflow mapping.
- Experience managing the full RPA lifecycle, including analysis, development oversight, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Python for automation and workflow integration.
- Java development experience.
- Jira for Agile project management.
- ServiceNow for incident and operational support.
- Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
- API development and system integrations.
- SQL and data analysis experience.
- Previous banking or financial services experience is a plus.
