Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Dallas, TX/Cleveland, OH
Type: Contract To Hire
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and autonomous task execution.
- Implement workflow configuration in Azure Foundry/AWS Bedrock.
- Develop prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and tool-calling mechanisms.
- Create multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Server or Semantic Kernel.
- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for context-aware AI responses.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI agent operations.
- Monitor agent performance, reliability, and response quality.
- Ensure responsible AI practices including security, governance, observability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to deliver AI-driven automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing AI agents automation using Azure or AWS.
- At least 2+ years in software development with Agentic AI implementation experience.
- Strong in Azure Foundry/AWS Bedrock related agentic automation development.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, Pandas.
- Good exposure to agile testing processes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
