eNGINE is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing organization undergoing acquisitions, application integrations, and enterprise technology initiatives. This individual will play a key role in leading projects involving third-party software integrations, onboarding acquired organizations, and future CRM-related initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead technology projects involving application integrations, acquisitions, infrastructure, and software implementations
  • Drive requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders ranging from end users to Directors and Vice Presidents
  • Manage onboarding and integration activities associated with acquisitions and new business initiatives
  • Track project risks, issues, and action items while ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain project documentation including requirements, decisions, project plans, and executive updates
  • Ensure project objectives, scope, and deliverables remain aligned throughout execution
  • Support portfolio-level initiatives and cross-functional technology efforts

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of Project Management experience
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience managing software integration, systems integration, or data integration projects
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, Directors, and executive leadership
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and project planning skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and controlled chaos

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting acquisition-related technology initiatives
  • Experience with CRM implementations
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM exposure
  • Experience delivering infrastructure, application, or enterprise technology projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, ProjectManager.com, or similar platforms
