eNGINE is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing organization undergoing acquisitions, application integrations, and enterprise technology initiatives. This individual will play a key role in leading projects involving third-party software integrations, onboarding acquired organizations, and future CRM-related initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead technology projects involving application integrations, acquisitions, infrastructure, and software implementations
- Drive requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
- Coordinate efforts across multiple internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders ranging from end users to Directors and Vice Presidents
- Manage onboarding and integration activities associated with acquisitions and new business initiatives
- Track project risks, issues, and action items while ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain project documentation including requirements, decisions, project plans, and executive updates
- Ensure project objectives, scope, and deliverables remain aligned throughout execution
- Support portfolio-level initiatives and cross-functional technology efforts
Required Experience
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience managing software integration, systems integration, or data integration projects
- Experience coordinating multiple teams and competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, Directors, and executive leadership
- Strong organizational, documentation, and project planning skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and controlled chaos
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting acquisition-related technology initiatives
- Experience with CRM implementations
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM exposure
- Experience delivering infrastructure, application, or enterprise technology projects
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, ProjectManager.com, or similar platforms
