We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on marketing professional to support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs for Institutional Asset Management (IAM). This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver audience-focused campaigns, thought leadership and multi-channel engagement that drive business growth across key institutional segments.

• Creating high-quality thought leadership and campaign content and managing distribution across owned and paid channels
• Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving seamlessly between tactical delivery and broader campaign planning
• Driving measurable business impact by analyzing performance data and recommending actionable optimizations
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Execution
• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to key IAM business priorities and growth segments
• Manage email campaigns (prospecting, cross-sell, newsletters) and thought leadership content to drive engagement and pipeline
Audience & Message Strategy
• Apply audience insights to refine positioning, messaging and content strategies that differentiate IAM capabilities
• Partner with product and distribution teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals
Digital & Social Activation
• Develop and execute LinkedIn and digital campaign components, including writing optimized copy and partnering with design teams on creative assets
• Contribute to social and marketing calendar planning to ensure consistent, strategic engagement
Webinars & Engagement Programs
• Support end-to-end execution of webinars, including topic development, promotion and follow-up communications
Project & Stakeholder Management
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, coordinating with internal partners, external agencies and vendors
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and follow internal review and approval processes
Performance & Optimization
• Track and analyze campaign performance (e.g., engagement, CTR, conversions)
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience; financial services or investment management experience preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing marketing and thought leadership content
• Comfortable working both strategically and tactically, with a willingness to “roll up sleeves” and execute
• Experience supporting integrated campaigns across email, social, digital and events/webinars
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Confident collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
• Familiarity with marketing tools and processes (e.g., Workfront, compliance/ADA review) preferred

Job Description
- Independently implements and manages a broader set of defined market programs/initiatives.
- Leverages a strong comprehension of marketing strategies. Contributes to thought leadership and builds consensus across the partnership resulting in increased rigor around program/initiative execution.
- Develops and executes complex marketing programs/ initiatives and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Proactively collects and synthesizes data in order to identify trends. Readily identifies the strategic and tactical implications.
- Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework.
- Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Partners with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.
