UPMC Passavant, an ANCC Magnet-designated facility, is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead to join our team at our Cranberry location.
This role requires availability for rotating weekends and holidays.
Shifts: 1st and 3rd shift availableWhat You'll Do:
- Provide day-to-day support to team members and assist with coordinating assignments
- Serve as a point of support in the absence of the shift supervisor
- Communicate effectively with departments to meet specific cleaning and service needs
- Ensure work areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor supply and equipment availability to support daily operations
- Adhere to all departmental and hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Act 34
