Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering technology initiatives across the organization, including acquisitions, infrastructure, and application development efforts. This role partners with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects aligned with business objectives and established technology standards. The Project Manager will own project execution, ensure clear accountability, structured planning, and successful delivery of initiatives while supporting overall portfolio execution.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects across acquisitions, infrastructure, and development efforts
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reporting to ensure visibility and alignment
- Coordinate across IT, operations, and business teams to ensure project objectives, scope, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed
- Lead requirements gathering, validation, and documentation in collaboration with IT Team, business stakeholders, and technical stakeholders
- Drive onboarding and integration activities, including coordination of systems, infrastructure, and user readiness
- Ensure adherence to established technology acquisition and governance processes
- Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Facilitate project meetings and executive updates to maintain transparency and accountability
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, requirements, decisions, and status updates
Position Specifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors)
- Strong understanding of project management principles and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across IT and business departments
- Ability to manage complex, multi-phase initiatives including integrations and onboarding efforts
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to drive accountability and ensure delivery against commitments
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and solution options
- Proficiency with project tracking tools and reporting practices such as MS Project, ProjectManager.com or equivalent
Qualifications – Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management or related roles
- Experience delivering infrastructure, systems, or application projects
- Experience supporting large-scale operational or acquisition-related initiatives preferred
