Required Skills:

• Capacity modeling (OEE, cycle time, bottleneck analysis)
• Labor & cost modeling (COGS, LOH, ROI, NPV, IRR)
• Manufacturing analytics & process optimization
• Simulation tools: FlexSim, AnyLogic, or Simio
• Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau
• PFEP, material flow modeling, forecasting & scenario analysis
• AI/ML-based analytics (preferred)

Experience:

• 7+ years in industrial engineering analytics/manufacturing modeling
• Expertise in capacity, labor, and cost modeling
• Strong factory operations, throughput optimization, and cost analysis experience
• Experience with MES, shop-floor data integration, and business case development
