- Direct Hire with hybrid work arrangement (1 remote day/week; optional 9/80 schedule with every other Friday or Monday off)
- Base salary range: $135,000.00+ (commensurate with experience)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing leadership position and enjoys driving projects forward while mentoring teams and maintaining high-quality standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams across engineering projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
- Develop, manage, and forecast project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate internal teams, subconsultants, and external stakeholders
- Oversee technical deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to QA procedures
- Lead meetings, presentations, and proposal development efforts
- Review and approve invoices, design changes, and project documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team development
What you bring:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- PE license required
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong background in highway and/or structural design
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and proposal development
