Job Title: Lead Java Full Stack Developer
Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Strongsville, OH (Need Onsite day 1, Hybrid 3 days from office).

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Angular to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend and frontend development experience and be comfortable working in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend services.
- Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Angular.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, SQL databases, and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure.
- Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and cloud-native applications
