AI Transformation Lead
We are hiring a senior AI leader to drive AI initiatives, automation, and operational improvements across a growing business environment. This role will work closely with executive leadership to identify high-impact opportunities and implement practical AI solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation and automation initiatives across multiple business units.
- Design and implement AI-powered tools, copilots, and workflow solutions.
- Partner with leadership, operations, and data teams to align AI strategy with business goals.
- Evaluate AI platforms, vendors, and emerging technologies.
- Build scalable AI processes, standards, and best practices.
- Help develop and grow the internal AI function over time.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology, AI/ML, digital transformation, or enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, automation, APIs, and AI workflows.
- Ability to connect business problems with scalable technical solutions.
- Hands-on mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced or transformation-focused environments preferred.
