The PSE SLDS Portal Developer leads the design, programming, and testing work for the first stages of the PSE SLDS Portal. Responsibilities include—but are not limited to—the following:
· Develop conceptual front-end design documents, e.g., wire frames or UI mockups in coordination with OA OIT staff to meet Keystone Design System (KDS) requirements
· Develop back-end technical documents, e.g., data dictionaries, entity relationship diagrams (ERDs) and other architectural documents to assist in development.
· Serve as lead programmer for the PSE SLDS Portal web application.
· Coordinate with OA OIT staff as necessary to identify network, database, application, and other technical requirements &specifications.
· Coordinate with the GGDC Project Manager and other staff to identify status, risks, obstacles, or other items that may impact the PSE SLDS Portal development roadmap.
· Serve as the lead testing contact for the PSESLDS Portal web application, develop & perform test cases, and perform remediation of identified system bugs and other deficiencies.
The PSE SLDS Portal Developer will be a mid-level to senior-level application developer with 5+ years professional experience with the web application technologies (to be determined) used for the PSE SLDS Portal.
The successful candidate may have to undergo a drug test and background check.
