We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead cybersecurity programs, product cybersecurity operations, and process-improvement initiatives for Eaton.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cybersecurity projects and drive process-improvement initiatives from planning through execution and closure.
Manage program performance metrics, operational efficiency, and risk-reduction strategies.
Support product cybersecurity operations with a working knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to align workflows with organizational objectives.
Leverage tools such as Jira, CRM, CCaaS, CMS, or Kanbanize to optimize program management and workflows.
Develop policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines to support operational excellence.
Coordinate laboratory certification and compliance activities.
Support training initiatives, mentor team members, and strengthen program capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in program or project management.
Experience in product cybersecurity operations.
Working knowledge of OT and ICS practices.
Understanding of software and firmware development operations.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience driving measurable improvements, managing risks, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Familiarity with AI trends and their application to business challenges is a plus.
