Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for integration projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify integration opportunities.
  • Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and data mapping specifications.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of integration solutions.
  • Analyze source and target systems, data flows, APIs, and interfaces to support integration design and development.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Assist in defining test scenarios, validating business requirements, and supporting UAT activities.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in integration processes and recommend solutions.
  • Support Agile project delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure integration solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology or integration projects.
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Experience working on system integrations, API implementations, middleware platforms, or data migration projects.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and data mapping concepts.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail industries.
  • Exposure to integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco, or Azure Integration Services.
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud-based integrations.
  • Experience working with SQL and database concepts.
  • CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
