As a Recruiting Intern, you will work closely with the Recruiting Team to develop talent sourcing strategies for existing openings as well as future needs.

- Utilize research, phone calls, resume databases, pipelines and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and present candidates for open positions.
- Build a pipeline of talent for future needs.
- Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and determine potential fit for roles within the company.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team.
