The Kamin Tower at UPMC Presbyterian (opening in January 2027) is shaping the future of hospital care — and the dedicated teams that support the environment are essential to that mission. A state-of-the-art building designed with safety, efficiency, and comfort of employees, patients, and visitors in mind, the tower offers a modern workplace where every employee can do their best work, every day.
Standing at 17 stories and one million square feet, the tower includes thoughtfully designed rooftop gardens, flexible outdoor spaces, and 636 private patient rooms with the latest in patient care technology — and it takes a skilled Guest Services Concierge team to keep everything operating smoothly. Whether you’re welcoming patients and visitors, providing guidance and support throughout their experience, or helping create a positive first impression, you’re contributing to the healing experience of every patient and family who walks through the doors.
This is more than a place to work; it’s an opportunity to shape the future of health care while making a lasting impact on the Pittsburgh community.
