Technical Product Owner / Scrum LeadNYC, NY / Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid/ 3 days onsite)Long-term ContractEmployment Type: W2Job Description:Our banking Client is looking for a Technical Product Owner / Scrum Lead to lead an engineering/SRE-oriented pod and drive day-to-day Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong Scrum/Agile leadership, technical understanding, Product Owner capabilities, and Jira expertise.This person will be responsible for managing the Jira pipeline, backlog, sprint planning, prioritization, work allocation, dependencies, and delivery tracking, while working closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and technology leadership.Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Technical Product Owner, Scrum Lead, Technical Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Agile delivery pipelines.
• Excellent understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization.
• Experience working with software engineering / technology teams.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with developers, architects, and engineering leads.
• Experience managing Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, dependencies, and sprint commitments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in a large financial service's / banking environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Act as a Scrum Lead / Technical Product Owner for a technology engineering pod.
• Own and manage the Jira backlog and delivery pipeline.
